How to place an order
Pick your location
Monday - On Farm or Delivery
Tuesday - Denver
Wednesday - On Farm or Waverly
Thursday - Ackley or Center Point

Select your products
Milk is broken out by days of the week to ensure timely availability. It's important that the title of your milk matches the chosen pick up day, as we cannot guarantee availability if they don't align. Thank you for your understanding!
Check Out
During checkout, you have the option to pay using ACH, cash, or Venmo. If you choose to pick up your order at select locations, you must pre-pay before your products are delivered. Happy shopping!
Ordering Window for Non-Subscription Milk
Subscriptions
Discover the convenience of our milk subscription service! By enrolling, you can enjoy fresh milk every week, with payments seamlessly processed through ACH from your bank account. If you prefer a different ordering schedule, simply opt for non-subscription milk option to place your orders as needed. Enjoy the flexibility and freshness that suits your lifestyle!

You will receive an email weekly to confirm your milk order for the following week. Example; an email will be received on Sunday the 6th for your order the week of the 13th. Your email will provide you with a specific deadline (date and time) to add products or make any changes, including skipping, your order. If you miss the deadline, please email palmersfarmshoppe@gmail.com with the adjustments you need.​​
On Pick Up Day

Bring a cooler of some sort along with ice/ice packs. Keeping your milk cold is super important for longevity and safety. Ideally raw milk should be kept below 40 degrees.

Milk lasts at least 2 weeks from the date on the jar.

Please be respectful of pick up windows.

If exchanging jars, please ensure they are clean when returning. When you finish your milk, wash your jar either by hand or pop it in the dishwasher. The white stickers are designed to stay on, but you can remove the orange date sticker.

Payment methods - ACH, Cash or Venmo.

If you arrive without jars to exchange, you will be charged an additional $5 per jar of milk.

If you arrive without lids to your jars, you will be charged an additional $1 per missing lid.

For on farm pick up: When you arrive, pull up to the house and come to the door with the Welcome sign.

Specifics for Home Delivery

Home Deliveries are available in select areas. Click here to determine if you are in the delivery zones. If you would like another area considered please let us know.

$5.00 applies to all orders for delivery fee.

Home deliveries are currently only available on Monday's after 1pm.

Payment must be received before delivery via ACH or Venmo.

You must be present to receive the order.

You may enter an alternate location (such as your work location) for the delivery to be dropped off to in the comments section. This must be within one of the delivery zones.

The delivery person will notify you via text when they are on the way to your location.

Please meet the delivery person at her vehicle.

If you have not properly added jar deposits they will be added, and you will be required to pay the additional fees.
